This video is way too long. This issue could have been discussed in 15 minutes or less. However, if what he is saying is true then the owners and employees and managers need to sue McDonald's and Taylor. This is outright theft. The companies do not explain how to operate the machines correctly in order to avoid the problem in order to force them to pay for repairs and if they have someone else come and explain how to operate and clean the machine, they are essentially being told they can loose even more money. This is negligence, but also extortion and blackmail.
