The apology seems far more sincere than other developers and creators when they mess up... but perhaps it is not as complete as there were many issues with how they treat employees, etc. The game was nothing to crow about it did not live up to the hype and they knew it and released it anyway. They also blamed the investors and the investors did not appreciate that for they told them to release when it was ready as per previous reports.
